Care package

So no news on LOA (Letter of approval), but some LOA's are showing for people with similar stats as ours. I am getting so excited. I have to say that if we were to receive the LOA in next week or so it would be super quick, but it would finally be one step that is faster than average.
In mean time we are sending a care package, actually two. I had all the items packed when I got an email from my China coordinator that she recommends to not send the disposable camera. Supposedly China got strict lately and they could consider disposable camera electronics and could impose additional custom fee on it. So I split the package in two pieces. One is having 2 cameras and outfit; the other one has baby picture book, bear for Mei, stickers and hair bows for her older sister and a little bunny for her little foster sister. I also attached a translated letter with a lot of questions, copy of our PA and her picture.
We did not use any of the third party providers (how easy would that be) because our agency recommends against it. I know other people used them and got great pictures back, but I do not want to mess up any relationships.
Soon enough we can also ask for updates.
Hopefully next time I will have good news about our LOA.
